Maysore Mallika Blue Film

an adult education center. I stopped writing this message to friends who have followed him throughout the entire trilogy.

"To my dear friends who have suffered followed throughout the trilogy, with the desire to get together all in one place that seems to Paradise (but in Earth).

With love (especially our queen bee) "

This is the message that Oscar Esquivias, has written for us that we have followed the paths of the trilogy, with the direction of Professor Pedro Ojeda.

On Wednesday May 4, the writer visited the adult education center "Victoriano Cremer" Burgos, in its Cultural Day. It was a perfect finale for the students' work, readers of his book "Escape from me, blond."

We talked about his early adventures as a reader and writer, from the "news of the" Diario de Burgos ", read aloud by his grandfather, to the reading of newspapers as a source of inspiration for his novels. Just "Flee from me, blond" has much to do with the news of kidnappings that, unfortunately, we often read in newspapers.

Attendees asked about his work, in general, and "Flee from me, blond" in particular. Its protagonist Ishmael as discussions raised the issue of loneliness, violence, the location in a tropical landscape imagery between Costa Rica and Nicaragua, the quetzal bird, the fact that the novel begins when you have already solved the kidnapping ... Also interested in the movie Giménez Rico will do with his "Restless in Paradise", the influence of Rome in his work, Burgos ...

the end, signed copies of that book.

Congratulations to teachers and students for their work.

Thanks, Oscar, by the two great hours we spent with you.

Pedro Ojeda said in comments to this entry:

"Esquivias, always so close and accessible.
Congratulations to the organizers of the event."

And Oscar Esquivias says

"Dear friends, I am immensely grateful to Peter (and all of you) for the work and dedication you have given to my work. I was expecting that we organize a forum or final meeting as We had planned to "protest" and contrasting views. But my big go ahead gratitude. "
