Quadrant Preventive Security Plan 2010
It ensures that the application of the Preventive Security Quadrant Plan will have a major impact on the town of Cartagena.
The was implemented from year 2011. The event was held in the House for the Elderly and counted with the presence of authorities, provincial and community, in addition to representatives of community organizations of the commune.
